Native to
New Zealand
From majestic snow-capped mountains to sweeping coastlines, New Zealand’s native Toi Toi grass expresses itself distinctly across our stunning South Pacific landscape.
This robust adaptability is the inspiration for our wines – crafted from New Zealand’s best grape-growing regions.
Marlborough,
Sauvignon Blanc
Toi Toi Sauvignon Blanc is a pure expression of New Zealand’s most iconic wine region. Grapes are harvested in the cool of the evening from our unique vineyards in the Wairua, Southern and Awatere Valleys of Marlborough. Crafted by internationally acclaimed winemaker Tim Adams, Toi Toi Sauvignon Blanc is vividly aromatic with elegant texture and crisp acidity.
Central Otago,
Pinot Noir
Expertly crafted from grapes grown in Central Otago, another world renowned New Zealand wine region, our Pinot Noir displays expressive characteristics from select vineyards in Pisa, Alexandra, and Mount Dunstan. Experience dark, sweet plum fruit, subtle spice and well balanced savory game notes - all leading to a succulent, weighted finish.
Family owned, sustainably produced
Our sustainable, true-to-region wines are the result of honest hard work, and a deep love for the natural environment. Working closely with the land, we understand first hand that when the land flourishes, we flourish.
From soil to sky, sustainability touches every aspect of our winemaking. That’s why we’re proud members of Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand (SWNZ), and honorary sponsors of Birds NZ and Forest & Bird.
